By using petminis.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Your images

You're responsible for what you upload. By submitting an image you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, that it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright or trademark, and that it isn't unlawful, obscene, or hateful.

You give us permission to reproduce your image only to make your order.

You agree to cover us against any claim or cost arising from an image you submitted, including copyright claims. If a rights holder comes after us over an image you sent, that's your responsibility.

We can refuse orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including ones with images that infringe someone's rights, images with explicit or illegal content, images too low-quality to print acceptably, or orders we suspect are fraudulent. Refused orders are refunded in full.

What your item will look like

3D prints are made layer by layer. Visible layer lines, slight color variation between batches, and minor surface imperfections are normal for the process — they aren't defects.

Photos on our site are representative. Your item will vary depending on the image you send.

Pricing

Prices are in USD and can change without notice. If something is listed at the wrong price because of a typo or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
